Remove DC manually through scripting

If you are in a situation during a migration and you stuck with a dc that won't be removed from the AD or it wasn't removed properly and left a lot of reference that stopping you from adding the new DC, use this script and it is like magic will remove any reference in the AD at the bottom there will be a reference to where I got this script from.
